What is personal data, and what personal data do we process?
Personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Therefore, all information we obtain about you that constitutes personal data is processed and protected within the framework of our information text.
In this context, we process your personal data, such as identity data (name, surname, identity number, date of birth), communication data (address, email address, phone number), and customer transaction data (request data, invoice and receipt information, payment information), for the purposes and legal reasons explained below.

Within the framework of your relationship with B&B Law and Consulting, we may obtain your personal data directly from you, our clients, our consultants, our business partners, the institutions and organizations we serve, public institutions and organizations, or publicly available sources; through face-to-face direct communication, email, traditional mail and courier, telephone, the contact form on our website, etc.
For what purpose and on what legal basis do we process your personal data?
We process the personal data mentioned above for the following purposes:

- To inform you about legal developments,
- To maintain and manage our services,

- To request information regarding the processing of your personal data if it has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred within or outside the country,
- To request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, and to request that this action be communicated to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons for processing it no longer exist, and to request that this action be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- Object to the analysis of your processed personal data exclusively through automated systems, resulting in a decision unfavorable to you,
- To request compensation for any damage suffered as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data,
