B&B Law and Consulting was founded by Betül Benekçi and Övgü Bingöl, who share a strong academic foundation and long-standing mutual trust. The founders transformed their friendship, which dates back to the years of Cağaloğlu Anadolu High School and Marmara University Faculty of Law, into a corporate and professional structure based on cooperation and a shared vision.

Attorney Övgü Bingöl's broad experience in dispute resolution and expertise in addressing individuals’ legal needs, together with Attorney Betül Benekçi's specialization in corporate law — further strengthened by her Master’s thesis at Galatasaray University on the ‘Appointment of a Curator to Commercial Companies’ — form the foundation of this partnership.

The strategic alliance between Attorney Betül Benekçi’s nearly 10 years of experience in banking and finance law, acquired during her tenure at the Legal Advisory and Legal Affairs departments of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş., and Attorney Övgü Bingöl’s expertise in litigation and dispute resolution enables B&B Law and Consulting to deliver holistic and comprehensive legal services.
